日本語でPDF出力できるようにする #4

フォントを埋め込むのは難しくないが、そもそもフォントを参照できるようにする必要あり
- もともとはunderscore-book-templateというnpm libにぶちこまれている
- フォントのフォルダ作って pandoc時に--valiable=font-dir: ... と指定、texのフォント指定部で参照、とやるのがよさそう
適切に改行を入れる必要がある(?)

「部」ごとのタイトルのページがでTexのエラーが出るので、template.texを修正した
- Ginとかいうのが原因っぽい
- 本文に日本語の文字が入ると死ぬ
