这个问题居然是slider引用的jquery版本过低导致的 
我把咱们网站的jquery-1.7.2替换到 jquery-1.8.0 就好了

很有意思这个不是cubi系统内的bug 
是由于新手向导页面里的错误导致的
所以以后新手向导的页面还是要单独在IE里面测试过才算发布
