Morton Code for RNS

Hi, sorry to ask this here, but I couldn't find other free projects talking about something similar.
I guess there is a small diference in the morton calculation for VW RNS 510 devices.

Have you got any info about it?

MortonCode contains the position of the city (city center), encoded as Z-values of a Z-curve in the degree of resolution (Level of Detail) 13. The degree of resolution 1 can here include an entire map, the degree of resolution 2 a map section with, for example, half the edge length of the degree of resolution 1, the degree of resolution 3 a map detail with, for example, half the edge length of the degree of resolution 2, etc.

Still not sure how to recreate this though. ;-)
