I would like to use Metasoft for a cross-trait meta-analysis of two GWAS summary statistics. I've checked the example.txt file but am unsure about the columns requirement in Metasoft.
Could you please clarify which columns (such as rsID, beta, se, p?)should be in the input file for meta-analysis?
Also, I see there are three methods for running meta-analysis in Metasoft, how can I specify the method in the analysis?
I used the below flag on the example file-
java -jar ./Metasoft.jar -input example.txt
I appreciate your time and help.
Best regards
Tania
