In the RED filter transform engine, if, instead of left-shifting the payload, we right-shift the header, the SRTP auth tag becomes corrupted and the client discards the packets because of that.
This is an indication that we have a non-zero offset bug somewhere in libjitsi, probably inside the SRTP transformers.
