helm chart

Currently that manifests are driven by Kustomize so ideally it should be DRY somehow, or at least some parts.. crd definitions, rbac yamls, the deployment itself will need to have redundant content prolly.

sub tasks:

• helm: set up gh-pages for the chart, consider also a landing page for the project #29
• pipeline that pushes the chart to gh-pages branch
• metadata and sync with artifacthub.io (done, registered, the sync is done automatically + added badge to readme in 12c75bf)
• helm: json schema for values.yaml #28
• docs for the helm chart generated from the values.yaml by gh action (pr based)
