When a test does not call assert.plan() or assert.end() it fails with an exception.

JS-JAVASCRIPT: result.at = (at || stack[2]).toString(); -- Error running JavaScript request: TypeError: Cannot read property 'toString' of undefined`

This is an internal error that should be caught and bubbled earlier. (How does Tape handle it?)
