Example works on one machine but not the other

I've got the example from the README (with a modified type parameter to filter out the other discovery traffic on the network) running on my local dev machine and it works as expected.

I'm running both the service registration and discovery mains on a single machine.

When I try to execute it on the build node it fails. Behavior is unchanged when the windows firewall is off.

Both machines are Windows 10 and running Java 1.8, jmdns version is 3.5.3.
