Run build.bat, it will produce AnalysisPlugin.VSQ.
Use visual studio, and create pull requests.
Use installation manager and install the released VSQ file.
No configuration, should work out of the box. If you need external analysers check the sonar-roslyn-plugin. It should support those also.
