How can I search for an image on the entire screen and/or a region of it?
Actiona has the option to search for ScreenShot / Window / Image
ScreenShot / Image
I don't quite understand the idea here, look for an image in an image?
I appreciate if you can give me some examples of these.
Window
This requires the user to indicate the exact name of the search window, however many times the name of the window may change slightly due to information displayed in it.
The ideal would be to be able to search the entire screen for the desired image, and if the user knows the area where the desired element always appears, select an area to search to speed up the search.
This is the way Pulover's Macro Creator and most of these types of programs do it
This is the way Actiona does it
Although it is very complete, it seems at first not very intuitive.
Searching for a pixel color is basically the same, it only searches for a color in an exact area, it would be ideal to be able to indicate whether to search for the color on the entire screen or in a region.
