i cant flash CC2530 #25

I cant flash my brand new CC2530 with flash_cc2531, I am using raspberry pi zero w for flashing. but every time I run ./cc_chipid I get 'ffff' I did my wiring using this guide https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/information/alternative_flashing_methods.html#via-arduino-unoesp8266-with-ccloader-3hrs , when I remove any of the wire I get a chip ide of '0000' please help me
