Do you think it's worth cherry-picking some fixes/improvements from that repo?

For now I'm working on the editor part, not too much on FITD.
It seems they fixed some crashs, but they switched to c++, refactored code and add residualvm dependencies very early so it may be tricky to use their fixes.
