Compiled ../lib/ not in npm

when installing via npm, I don't have the ../lib/ folder where I assume you want to compile the ../src/ folder to. Did it myself and everything works fine :)

Currently the built coffeescript is not checked in, you can build it using ./bin/dev/compile_coffee there is also development binary you can use ./bin/dev/cli that will use the coffeescript source directly.

And I just pushed up the latest version to npm, so a npm install wintersmith should work now.

Also note that the docs aren't updated yet, and i might do some more refactoring before i consider it ready for release :)
