Sinks/sources should be kept when rebuilding SDG (with different options) #4

When switching from analysis with exeptions to analysis without one has to reenter all sources and sinks. The interface should try to apply the old sources and sinks whenever possible. Also when updating the source file.

The old console interface is deprecated.
