Mermaid diagrams are not rendering #35

Hello,
Issue visible on official demo:

Unfortunately I don't know how to make it work

Just take the additional javascripts mermaid.js line out of the config yml.

I replaced the original mermaid extra javascript line in the config yml with:

https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/mermaid@9.1.7/dist/mermaid.min.js

and got my diagrams to render (previously, none would!).

I found this cdn on the mermaid repository. Might not be a forever fix!
