Fixed popover position even if space is not available

Can it be possible to add an option to force popover position to be fixed?
[mdePopoverFixedPosition]="true" //Default false

What is the expected behaviour?

Fixed popover position even if there is no available space

What is the current behaviour?

The popover changed its position to top if there is no available space below

What are the steps to reproduce?

Reduce the height of browser and click on button to show popover
