Project compilation fails

This project hasn't been updated in a few years, and currently, compilation fails with the following message:

It looks like most of the work with getting compilation to work involves updating project dependencies.
Even with the correct dependencies, I believe serenity.rs has made some breaking changes that I need to research before the bot will function properly.

I'm going to go ahead and assign myself to this issue, and I'll plan to try and get this up and running in the near future (hopefully I'll find time this week). If anyone else has contributions, they are of course more than welcome to submit them and I'll consider merging them.
