Reinitialization on AJAX pages, API caching & Travis-CI build status

First of all, thanks for the neat widget.

I've modified it a bit to allow reinitialization on AJAX pages, use API caching to prevent rate limits and to include the Travis-CI build status optionally by defining data-travis="true".
