hi all,
i would like to put two panels in jwm
one down and one up
i would like the window to hide the panel above
the idea of the top panel would be a plank (https://launchpad.net/plank)
it's possible?

You can have as many trays as you like in JWM, just create another one in the configuration. There is a layer attribute to set the layer, if that's what you mean about having windows hide the window.

Right now, the only option for making it transparent would be to set the Opacity in TrayStyle. Unfortunately, that will make all trays somewhat transparent and it won't just affect the background (the icons will also be somewhat transparent). Supporting psuedo-transparent backgrounds would be cool and should be possible, it's just not done yet. See #202.

Thanks!
