Does not run on Windows

I've tried adding the bin entry as I explained in #1 but that was not enough to run it on Windows. I was getting a ENOENT for the tsc binary.

Hi @jeffijoe, i'm sorry i didn't try it on windows platform as I don't have any.
Later this soon I'll try and fix the package issues.
