##Resubmission This is a resubmission. In this version I have:
- Changed the license to GPL-2 in the DESCRIPTION.
- Removed the LICENSE file.
- Added Sergio Verduczo-Flores and Randall O'Reilly as authors with role "cph".
- Added role "cph" for my authorship as well. Note that my code is to a large degree different from that of Sergio Verduczo-Flores.
