[Feature Request] Move Index folder out of Blogs folder

This is a pretty low priority request, but it has always bugged me slightly. Would it be possible to move the Index folder out of "Blogs" and into the parent folder, TumblThree?

It's easy to do, we could simple add a button and textbox for the index alone right under the download location in the settings.

I think this would be a good addition to the program well. I'm not sure if this would allow the running of multiple instances but it would allow multiple instances to be able to use a common blog folder. Actuslly, if the grouping of blogs idea was implemented this need becomes a moot point for me.
