Any Mod adding spells missed some spells

Describe the bug
Any Mod adding spells to the base classes not work as it should be, some spells are not included when creating a spell list

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install MysticalMayhem 0.6.6f(should load before isekai)
2. goto DLC1, create a char with IseKai class and level up
3. the spell list missed spells from MysticalMayhem
4. recreate a basic class - Mage and level up
5. spells from MysticalMayhem are in the list correctly

Expected behavior
IseKai spell list created should included spells from MysticalMayhem

Additional context
the spells are also in Oracle and so on, maybe same spell from different list cause the problem? Or, the spells are NOT really added to the base classes?

It seems a bug from TTT SecondPatronRequisiteFeature or compatible bug? not sure.
