The menu doesn't stay open on Firefox #31
Comments
I cannot recreate this. Right clicking outside of the message list is supposed to close the context menu - any click will, right clicking inside the mail list moves the context menu to the new click location.
this is the intended behaviour. it matches the behaviour of other menus in Roundcube |
Sorry if I wasn't clear. When I right-click on a message, the context menu pops for half a second then disappears. I'm using Firefox 28 (tested on two differents Linux).
Which other Roundcube menus have submenus? This is strange, it's the first time I see a menu where you must click on submenus to open them instead of a mouseover... |
I've got FF28 too and it works fine for me. Do you have any other plugins loaded? May be try clearing your browser cache too.
In the more actions menu for example you have to click to open the move to/copy to menus. You are not the first person to suggest that the submenus should trigger on hover, it is just a flag in the JS so its not a big deal either way. I guess it needs more discussion. |
submenus now show on hover. no feedback about the menu dissapearing in FF28, i cannot recreate. closing this ticket. if the problem still exists please reopen with more info. |
Hello,
I'm not sure if I should open an issue since it's not a stable version, but on Firefox the menu immediately closes after a right-click (unless I move the cursor on it while maintaining the right-click).
Also, once the menu is opened, you have to click on a submenu to open it, instead of just hover it (on Firefox and Chromium).
