Mediaelement player mute & Unmute Button & Volume slider is not showing on ipad.

I am using the mediaelement player. It have all done in my site but when i check on iPad ios 6.0 it not show volume mute & unmute button with volume slider. how it show ? i check mediaelementjs.com site on iPad here also volume button & Slider is not show. if it is fix than email to me.

On iOS devices, the audio level is always under the user’s physical control. The volume property is not settable in JavaScript.
