[BUG] fan curve doesnt work on 5 pro 16irx8

Problem Description
Fan control doesn't work at all. This is my configuration:

After clicking apply to HW all of the temperature thresholds are reset to 0, further more the file: /sys/kernel/debug/legion/fancurve never has a cpu thresholds above 0 even though I applied to HW
