Better Portals version: 0.1.3
DynamicSurroundings version: 1.12.2-3.5.4.3

When using DynamicSurroundings, the weather particles of the other world are not visible through the portal. Side-note: DS adds weather particles to the nether too, and is an issue when viewing either dimension's weather.
