[BUG] Transparently filled Polyline becomes black

What is the bug?

A Polyline with color set to Colors.transparent seems to turn black. See the video for more precision: screen-capture.webm. Guess my email is leaked now :D

Interestingly, when transparent, it covers the border of another line.

Occurs on latest version and on previous version. Cannot confirm previous to that.

What is the expected behaviour?

It should stay transparent.

How can we reproduce this issue?

Just make a transparent Polyline and put it on a map.
