This file holds all information about the preparation of csharp projects for the semi-structured-merge analysis.

01. convert dos files (line endings ^M to unix)
02. remove symlinks in project folder
03. convert convert to utf8 (some files are utf8 BOM (byte order mark) encoded)
04. remove comments
05. substitute '>>' in nested generic types to '> >' to resolve ambiguity with right shift operator
06. remove #region, #endregion, #pragma
07. remove #if, #ifdef, #endif by applying the preprocessor cpp; no values for defines are given
08. remove errorneous code
