"grunt" and "download.jqueryui.com" can download following jquery-ui theme files:
THEMES/jquery.ui.theme.css
THEMES/jquery-ui.css
THEMES/images/*.png

Install the npm packages of "grunt" and "download.jqueryui.com" to node.js enviroment.
"grunt prepare" command in "download.jqueryui.com" node module.
"grunt generate_themes" command in jquery-ui git repo.
Themes locate under 'dist' directory.
