It happens to be done for the JVM agent but not for other agents.

If it is not possible to detect the full URL (for servlet and OSGi envs we probably are not able to get the full information), then at least some sort flag should be added.

With the discovery mechanism implemented via #127 the URL can now be obtained from discovery and can be set explicitely via a system property jolokia.discovyerAgentUrl
