Feedback on the rolling release development branch: rolling (Commit: 0d48c52)

Issue

Today I did an OTA update to the above rolling. Looks like the system generally needs two boot processes until it runs stable.
I get the framebuffer error on the first boot (see message log). I also had this in version V13.0.7.

The connection to the MQTT broker works without problems. The time synchronization via: "de.pool.ntp.org" also worked.
The problem with the path to gethost.js is fixed.

The rate values are now displayed correctly again (see remark).

Remark:
