The front door will need TPU gaskets around the edges. There is a ~2mm lip around the entire edge, so about 3-4mm of TPU should do it and provide ample excess. Can also be cut to size with periodic screw holes.

After #18 , found door gap varies from 4.5-5mm when fully level and 4-6mm when allowed some slack.

With 3mm acrylic panels, now have a 3mm gap. Cannot work on this until panel fabrication is completed.
