Response of key input in Turbo C++ 3.0 IDE is laggy.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Start Turbo C++ 3.0 IDE and type some letters.

Expected behavior

No response

What operating system(s) this bug have occurred on?

Tested on Windows 11 22H2

What version(s) of DOSBox-X have this bug?

2023.03.31 release and after (Latest development build e62dd92 as well)

Used configuration

default configuration
`dosbox-x -defaultconf`

Output log

No response

Additional information

I am aware that there were some fix in the recent development builds for laggy response, but this issue still remains in those builds as well.
Edit: It is working fine on 2022.12.26 release.
