Make sure to use dictionaries, thesauruses, legal definitions, etc. to find a better phrase that cannot be twisted or contorted to criminalize innocent or harmless behavior on this project, or otherwise normal conversation, whether by myself or any other user. This may occupy a whole Saturday/Sunday afternoon.

The Code of Conduct must be a solid foundation that doesn't interfere with the normal fun hobbywork and community interest of this project. Nobody likes rules that suck the fun out of things, nobody likes walking on eggshells, and nobody likes an uncertain environment of fear and punishment. The Code of Conduct must provide as little firm footing as possible to the moral busybodies and killjoys, and to the others who seek to make those around them fearful and miserable.
