Uncluttering Seeds list

Hi,

Going through the Seeds list I found quite a lot of projects that haven't been update for more than 6 months. I think it would be useful to somehow suggest that they are not actively maintained (ex: color: grey) in order to unclutter the ever-growing list.

Maybe this can be done for other sections as well.

List Not updated from long time and if there filters that would be better (descending order kind of top stars, top forks...etc)

Sounds good. I am always thinking about how to accomplish that and yet not offend anyone. Meanwhile there's a new website which can offer more advanced capabilities. PRs are welcome!
