I'm trying to create a token, but I can't access the URL that says how (https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/v2/auth). I'd like to ask you if there is any problem or if there is something I misunderstood.

Hi, this URL(https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/v2/auth) only request to get access token.
Maybe, you have to more study OAuth2.0 and request/response flow to get access token.
