What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run homtest with input "0 55 5"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The cuspidal dimensions should be 4,4,8 (for sign +1,-1,0) but are computed as 
5,4,9.

The problem lies in the way ker(delta) is computed.
