Hey, these aren't normal shortcuts, but there is a capacity to do this.
Under Utilities -> Custom Shortcut Manager, you can create an explorer shortcut to a Special Folder, in this case, Recycle Bin. You'll find the shortcut you can pin under Start -> All Apps -> TileIconify. Similarly, you can do the same for File Explorer, just using a blank Custom Folder, or specifying the folder location you wish to use.
Pinning Recycle Bin to the Start Menu works (same goes for File Explorer)
but neither Recycle Bin or File Explorer appears in the List.
