joomla 1.7.3 - double comments issue

Just downloaded and installed sliComments today... However whenever I enter a comment - I'm getting 2 identical posts. Same with replies. Tried it using Chrome and IE9.

You are using some kind of javascript minifier (jch_optmize I guess), that is creating a minified version of the javascript with two slicomments.js, which makes the post button send the comment twice.
try to access the plugin and clean the cache so the jch_optmize will create a new minified javascript file, also make sure that you are using the latest version jch_optmize.
