Google Chrome in Android 6. The dropdown disappears as soon the dropdown is touched

just had a complaint about same issue. chrome and safari on ipad/iphone.

my settings

disableTouchKeyboard: true,
useSelect: false,
className: 'timepickerWidth',
step:15
