This program is a Blackjack game to be played on the console. The game is 
broken into several functions that handles the user turn and the dealer 
turn. The user will play the Blackjack game by typing in arguments into 
the console and the game will handle those arguments, the game expects 
the correct strings for input to work, otherwise the game ends.
