EL8 Packages are broken / Jasmin 0.11.0

0.11.0 Packages are broken, I have installed EPEL and enabled CRB. Please Release 0.11.1 ASAP so we can migrate to EL9!
This is error that happens after yum install jasmin-sms-gateway

Twisted~=23.10.0 is not Available for Python 3.6. @farirat please do it asap <3

Thank you very much, This Package worked on EL9 Perfectly. New Virtualenv Approach is quite good.
