extensions package needs sorting

• the JDSkill extension is missing in the extensions package but is listed in the readme
• all of the extensions are in folder format rather than installable zip files
• the modules in the folder do not match up with the list in the readme
• jdpagebuilder is not in the extensions package. This is a tricky one becasue the pagebuilder layouts ar enot available , but perhaps make a not that this is only availabe when using the quickstart package.

Maybe replace this package with just a readme with direct links for the installers on github or to their relevant page on your website. This would then require less effort to keep these upto date.

I could not work out if the modules are modified in someway. I think I have mentioned that there are different versions of your plugins knocking about

Those are modules that we created just for going live with the templates but never actually released. We are finally grouping them all together and will be releasing them in few upcoming weeks.
