Human test results don't track user tests

Steps to reproduce the issue

Expected result

Human test results and test status align with successful use tests.
Hum test results showing 4 failure and 2 success. (3 failures were originally success and altered to failure)
Success test status.

Actual result

Human test results show 0 successful and 4 failed.
2 successful user tests. (there were 3 successful, 1 failed, 3 altered to failed, then 2 subsequent successful tests)
Failure test status

System information (as much as possible)

Additional comments

Possibly related to altering test results.
