Ab 3.10.0 / 4.0 gibt es support für Sprachdateien welche nicht mehr mit dem Sprachkürzel anfangen müssen.

Alt -> Neu
en-GB.ini -> joomla.ini
en-GB.xml -> langmetadata.xml
en-GB.com_content.ini -> com_content.ini

Wie wollen wir damit für de-DE umgehen ich würde vorschlagen die Umbenennung für 4.0 zu machen aber in 3.10 alles so zu lassen wie es ist. Was denkt Ihr @joomlagerman/reviewer ?

This is the first PR: #791 for the change to be implemented. The change of the other file names I would suggest to be done when doing the new translation so we don't have to touch them twice.
