поставил JL Sitemap 1.11.1 на Joomla 4.0.3.
включил контент плагин
cron - включил настройку на стороне клиента

генерирую карту и получаю:
The requested URL /joomla4/administrator/joomla4/index.php was not found on this server.

в URL такое:
http://localhost:8888/joomla4/administrator/joomla4/index.php?option=com_jlsitemap&task=sitemap.generate&access_key=lpYxoaxB0tL241G&messages=0&cookies=1&redirect=1&return=L2pvb21sYTQvYWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvci9pbmRleC5waHA%2Fb3B0aW9uPWNvbV9qbHNpdGVtYXAmYW1wO3Rhc2s9c2l0ZW1hcC5nZW5lcmF0ZQ%3D%3D

здесь обращаю внимание на http://localhost:8888/

с нормальными доменами проблем нет.
