Not working since VSC introduced multi-root workspaces. #7

My workspace includes two main directories: a backend in Ruby and a frontend in Ember.
Pressing keybinding alt + cmd + r does not display the related files drop down.

If I remove my backend project from my workspace then vscode-ember-related-files works as intended.

VS Code version 1.18.1. on Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.1.
