Instructions to build Python 3 for Windows with build_py3.sh script

1) Place the Python 3 source in mingwbuild/src. Currently, the expected name
   is "Python-3.4.3".

2) Build libcryptopp.a in it's normal location in the Armory source tree.

3) Copy all the cpp and cxx files from cppForSwig into
   mingwbuild/src/Python-3.4.3/Modules.

4) Run build_py3.sh from the mingwbuild directory.
