Now, that URL redirects to your homepage, so anybody programmatically downloading from that URL (such as the MacPorts package management system) will now fail to install your software (see MacPorts bug report 50829).
You should make a GitHub "release" for 0.2.7 and attach the old tarball to it. Then you should configure your web server to redirect the old URL http://www.joshbeam.com/files/prtunnel-0.2.7.tar.gz to its new GitHub release URL.

Fixed - thanks. I use GitHub Pages for my website and wasn't able to get a redirect going, but I added the file to the appropriate path in my GitHub Pages repository and that appears to have worked, so the URL should be good now.
prtunnel 0.2.7 used to be downloadable at:
http://www.joshbeam.com/files/prtunnel-0.2.7.tar.gz
